Atkins…

As above mentioned, yes, I have just started my Atkins diet!! Because, I need to fit myself into a dress for the coming team dinner in Brisbane!!

It’s actually pretty easy. All you need to do is cut down your Carbohydrate intake. No rice, no breads, no potatoes, no cookies, no biscuits, no ice-cream… You can have as much meat, eggs, seafood, vegetable… As you want! Sounds great huh! Yes, it doesn’t really affect me actually…

BUT…

Not when I need some SNACK!! =(

I usually have a bottle of pineapple juice every morning after a slice of toast as breakfast… And then a cup of coffee + sugar + milk after lunch, then after 2 hours I will have some crackers with butter; Or some TimTams, MintSlices, Crowns when I pass by the kitchen…

But now, I can’t have them at all!! Because they are HIGH in carbohydrate!! I have to use SWEETENER instead of sugar for my coffee, I have to drink COKE ZERO instead of my beloved pineapple juice, I have to eat ham with cheese instead of crackers with butter…

I feel weird without having all these, I just can’t satisfy my needy for SUGAR!!! That’s the only bad thing about Atkins diet, I GUESS. (At the moment, the 2nd day).

FIGHT FOR IT!! It’s ONLY 2 WEEKS!!!
